$225 base price (+ consumption fees if necessary). The cost may vary depending on the number of visits desired.
C³ Estrie is an autonomous NPO managed entirely by college students with an interest in entrepreneurship. It offers a variety of services, including the mystery shopper program for local entrepreneurs, which includes:
• Two mystery shopper visits;
• Three interviews with real-life customers;
• A comprehensive, personalized and confidential report on the customer experience in your company.
